Price Match Guarantee
If you find your item at a lower advertised price somewhere else, we will confirm then match that price and provide free shipping for that item via USPS Priority Mail. Price match applies at the time of purchase only and does not apply to special orders or items not in stock. Sales of all price matched items are final and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Price adjustments will not be made once your purchase is completed.

Availability
Most items are available for immediate delivery. However, due to our unique selection and high demand, some items may be temporarily unavailable. If this is the case, you will be notified via the e-mail you provide that your item will be Special Ordered. An estimated delivery date will be given and your order will be processed upon your confirmation or in 24 hours if we do not receive notice of cancellation. Designers' prices occasionally change; if this is the case, you will be notified and your order will be processed only upon your approval. Please note that Special Orders are Final Sales.

Timing
Please allow two business days for processing. You should receive your USPS Priority Mail package within 3-4 days of processing. USPS Express Mail delivery will be delivered 2 days after processing. International Air Mail will arrive approximately 7-10 days after processing.

Taxes
CA residents are subject to a 9.25% sales tax. Los Angeles County residents are subject to a 9.75% sales tax.

Returns and Exchanges
Without exception, any merchandise sent to our store without prior authorization and its accompanying RMA# clearly written on the outside of all packages will NOT be accepted from the courier. This includes gifts purchased for third parties in other states. Walk-in returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased online will NOT be accepted.

If merchandise arrives damaged or if items are missing from the shipment, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. For this reason, we recommend keeping all packaging until the items are examined.

We want you to be happy with the pieces you buy on www.moondancejewelry.com. If you are not happy with an item you have purchased, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to shipment of your merchandise to Moondance and within 7 days of your receiving your order. Requests must be emailed to: info@moondancejewelry.com with the following information:

Please provide all details as failure to do so shall result in denial of your request. Once we receive and approve your RMA request, we will issue an RMA number and instructions for how to return your merchandise.

Note: Sale items, exchanged items, price matched items, vintage items, antique items, and special orders are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.  Any return merchandise shipped to Moondance Jewelry not in original packaging or without a valid RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package(s) will be refused. Moondance Jewelry reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange that does not comply with these policies. All shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping for denied merchandise will be at the customer's expense.

Shipping
We ship USPS insured and offer Priority or Express Mail within the United States. International orders are shipped USPS International Air. Delivery charges are calculated depending on the shipping method and value of the package. See your order form for the exact amount, which is calculated when you add your item to the cart.

Special Orders
Please inquire about special orders (special requests, ring sizes, necklace lengths, etc.). Timing and pricing will vary by designer. Special Orders are final sales.
